Increasing competition on consumer markets forces businesses to elaborate marketing plans focused long-term perspectives. This is important in today’s fluctuating and unpredictable business environments, where high level of competitiveness positive reputation a premise survival for business. Otherwise, it will be unable retain its share make periods. In this regard, social media advertising one the most powerful strategies reach various goals: brand awareness value, word mouth, growing customer base, ROAS (return ad spend) short-term CLV (customer lifetime value) long run. Therefore, necessary research terms achieving goals. The paper deals with issues, including opportunities media, ways attracting retaining customers, raising elaborating results. Discussion provided result literature review author’s observations. Each part contains recommendatory remarks goals by using strategies. summarized brief conclusion.
